Delete your TUTIN account and data

Learn how to delete your account permanently and what happens to your data.

How to delete from inside the app

  1. Open the TUTIN app and sign in.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
  4. Read the warning and confirm to permanently delete your account.

What will be deleted

  • Your user profile (name, email, profile photo).
  • Your course enrollments and learning progress.
  • Your test results and AI evaluation data.
  • Files you uploaded (such as profile pictures and other user content).
  • Linked payment/customer information we store for billing (for example, Stripe customer ID).

If you can’t sign in

If you no longer have access to the app or your password, you can request deletion by email:

  • Email support@tutinai.com from your registered email address.
  • Use the subject line “Delete my TUTIN account” and include your full name and, if possible, the email address used in the app.
  • Our team will verify your identity and complete the deletion for you.
