Roles and Responsibilities

Tutin
  • Provide the Tutin platform (web + mobile) and publishing tools to deliver your courses to learners globally.
  • Distribution across multiple channels (Web, iOS, Android, and Microsoft Teams Tab where enabled).
  • Content onboarding & quality checks: review for platform policy compliance, formatting, security, and quality before publishing.
  • Marketing support: use approved excerpts and your name/logo/bio to promote your course(s) and grow enrolments.
  • Technical & billing support for learners: handle platform issues, access/login, payments, refunds, and general navigation (with response time targets).
  • Commercial operations & settlement: calculate partner share based on Net Receipts, provide periodic reports, and Collect course fee all over the world and pay out using agreed FX approach.
  • Teams integration enablement (where used): support authentication/live-class enablement and apply safeguards to restrict class data access to authorised users/systems.
Partner
  • Own your content & academic standards: you remain responsible for the academic substance and accuracy of your course materials.
  • Create & deliver Partner Content (question banks, model answers, rubrics, study materials, and optionally live classes).
  • Keep content current: review and update content (at least annually) and fix issues promptly when notified, to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Learner academic support (when you choose to engage): handle content-specific questions via live classes / scheduled office hours; no obligation for 1:1 support unless agreed.
  • Rights & compliance: confirm you have the rights to use all materials you upload (including images/video/audio) and avoid restricted/proprietary exam materials.
  • Live classes via Microsoft Teams (optional): you manage class delivery and are responsible for notices/consents for recordings, transcripts, and making recordings available where enabled.
  • Business model clarity: your payout is based on agreed commercial terms and Net Receipts, with reporting and audit rights (once per year, via independent auditor under NDA).
